Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory role.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a 24/7 roster.
• Knowledge of safety, emergency procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall engagement and product quality by coordinating activities to maximize performance and ROI.
• Provide direction to staff to deliver superior guest service and ensure brand standards.
• Support city-wide or area operations and ensure policies and operating systems are followed.
