You will drive engagement and service quality across operations under Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Southbank - PRO-INVEST HOTEL OPERATING 4 PTY LTD, ensuring compliance, safety, and brand standards, while supporting other properties as needed.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/HLTAID002/HLTAID001) and renewal requirements.
• You must meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest service quality and profitability as Duty Manager.
• Mentor and coach Express team and ensure brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Roster staff per business needs and Award 2010 (HIGA) guidelines.
• Oversee daily hotel operations and financial controls.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
