The Sebel Melbourne Flinders Lane at Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Duty Manager to support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, greet and register owners and guests, and resolve guest issues while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level (Team Leader/Shift Supervisor/Duty Manager).
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred.
• Events experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, greeting and registering owners and guests, and providing information on local attractions.
• Manage guest issues and proactively lead a team to promote high levels of customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to introduce Guests to Vacation Ownership products.
