Job summary

Australian Venue Co. Yarrawonga is seeking a motivated Duty Manager to join the leadership team across two Yarrawonga venues. You’ll lead shifts across bar, restaurant and gaming, connect with the local community and help create great guest experiences.

You’ll coach staff, handle cash, ensure licensing compliance and maintain venue standards. The role is hands-on, with evenings, weekends and public holidays required. Join a supportive team focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Duty Manager or hospitality supervisor.
• Current Victorian RSA and gaming qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading busy services.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
