Criterion Hotel in Rockhampton is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations across our bar, restaurant, and accommodation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will motivate and develop our team, handle inquiries, and keep the operation efficient and compliant.

Ideal candidates will have a strong hospitality background, leadership skills, and a passion for service. This is a full-time on-site role in Rockhampton, offering growth opportunities and a close-knit workplace culture.

Formación

• Mandatory qualifications required for licensed venues including RMLV, Approved Manager’s License, RSA, RSG and CLO.
• If not currently held, these qualifications must be obtained before commencing.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Approved Manager’s License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
• RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
• CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.

Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
