You will partner with the Hotel Manager to guide our front-of-house and operations teams, ensuring smooth daily service and memorable guest experiences in a vibrant coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar duty management role.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Calm under pressure with sound judgment.
