Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Sunshine Coast is seeking a Duty Manager to partner with the Hotel Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll be a Brand Ambassador with local knowledge, ready to manage operations, coach staff, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Duty Manager or in a lead guest-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Hotel Manager to lead daily operations.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.

• Proven experience in a similar role, ready to take charge.

• Opera experience is a plus!

• Equipped with sound judgment, making calm decisions under pressure.

• Ready to hold or obtain a First Aid certificate and RSA Certificate.
