Job summary

Holiday Inn & Suites Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore, QLD is seeking a Front Office All-Rounder to deliver warm hospitality, handle guest arrivals, and support daily front desk operations.

You will work a rotating roster, aim to wow guests, and may pursue RSA certification; training will be provided to work with Opera PMS and other systems.

Qualifications

• RSA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in front desk or guest services preferred.
• Comfort with night audits and shift rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk operations including check-ins/outs.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues with poise.
• Support night audit tasks and end-of-shift reports.
