Job summary

Waymark Hotels in Mackay region seeks a Duty Manager to lead daily hospitality operations across bar, restaurant and accommodation. You will mentor staff, drive service excellence, handle guest inquiries, and manage schedules and budgets.

The role requires licensing compliance (RMLV, Approved Manager’s License, RSA, RSG, CLO) and a proactive approach to safety and regulatory standards. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is expected.

• Leadership experience in hospitality management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Approved Manager’s License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
• RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
• CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.
