Longreach Tavern in Longreach, QLD seeks a Duty Manager to lead daily operations across bar, restaurant and accommodation, delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

The role requires proven leadership in hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest service in a community-focused venue.

The Role:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
• Approved Manager’s License: Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
• RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
• CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.

Note: If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
