Job summary

Figtree Sports Club in Queensland is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our supportive management team. You will manage day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding customer service and take ownership of a dedicated department, with a focus on beverage stock control and purchasing.

• Hospitality background and experience in pubs/clubs with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams and delivering customer service in a club setting.
• Stock control duties including ordering, invoicing, rotation and stocktakes, preferably in beverage operations.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our supportive and experienced management team.

In addition to day-to-day club operations and providing excellent customer service, our Duty Managers each take ownership of a dedicated department or area of the business.

This new duty manager will have a focus on beverage stock control and purchasing.

About You

You have a hospitality background working in Pubs and/or Clubs at a management or supervisor level and sound operational knowledge

You will hit the ground running, with the support of your coworkers and adequate training specific to our club

Based on your experience, you can demonstrate your abilities pertaining to stock control; including ordering, entering invoices into the POS system, stock rotation and performing stocktakes

You are a confident and hands-on leader with strong communication skills. You lead by example

Your focus is delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests
