Job summary

Liverpool Catholic Club in Liverpool is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor teams and ensure exemplary service across all venues. You will lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction and uphold liquor, gaming, AML/CTF, security and WHS standards.

Ideal candidates bring club/hospitality or gaming leadership experience, strong people skills and a hands-on approach, plus RSA/RCG qualifications and willingness to work evenings and weekends on a 5-day roster.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within clubs, hospitality or gaming.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

• Current RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance and compliance across all areas of the venue. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams, along with excellent communication skills, are essential.
