We’re looking for confident hospitality leaders who can balance great guest service with strong operational awareness.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being on the floor, communicates well with people at all levels and can stay composed when the venue is busy.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Venue Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role
Experience in pubs, clubs, hotels, large restaurants or high-volume venues
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and guest-service skills
The confidence to make decisions and take ownership during a shift

Previous experience in a large venue opening will also be highly regarded.
This is an opportunity to be part of something from the beginning.
You’ll join the opening leadership team, help establish the venue culture and service standards, and play a genuine role in shaping how The Country Club Hotel operates from day one.
If you’re an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys developing people and knows how to create a great guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.
