Harvey Norman is seeking enthusiastic Dropship Customer Service Officers to join our online customer service team, handling queries and complaints for Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne brands from Homebush West.

This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment, opportunities to progress, and a friendly team with a flexible roster, including casual shifts for the Christmas period.

Formación

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Retail or contact centre experience preferred.
• Flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsabilidades

• Handle online customer queries and complaints via multiple channels.
• Act as first point of contact for Harvey Norman online customers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.
