Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking enthusiastic Dropship Customer Service Officers to join our online customer service team, handling queries and complaints for Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne brands from Homebush West.

This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment, opportunities to progress, and a friendly team with a flexible roster, including casual shifts for the Christmas period.

We are seeking enthusiastic Dropship Customer Service Officers to join our dedicated team that supports our Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne brands for immediate start for full time positions and for casual staff over the coming Christmas busy period.

This job will place you in a fast-paced and innovative role that makes you the first point of contact for our business. Working in our online customer service team, you will handle online customer queries and complaints via multiple forms of communications.

To be successful you must:

• Be passionate about provide outstanding Customer Service to all Customers.
• Be a highly motivated person with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Enjoy working in a team environment and assisting others.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus in an often-high pressure environment.
• Have retail or contact centre experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be used over the phone or via email
• Enthusiastic approach to work with a willingness to learn, a "can do" attitude
• Strong attention to details
• Highly organised individual with strong time management skills.
• Ability to collate information from customers relating to their orders and relaying the information to relevant parties
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate service is provided.
