Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking enthusiastic Dropship Customer Service Officers to join our online customer service team for immediate start during the Christmas period at Homebush West. Roles are casual with potential pathways to longer-term opportunities.

You will be the first point of contact for online customers, handling queries and complaints across multiple communication channels while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

We are seeking enthusiastic Dropship Customer Service Officers to join our dedicated team that supports our Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne brands for immediate start for full time positions and for casual staff over the coming Christmas busy period.

This job will place you in a fast-paced and innovative role that makes you the first point of contact for our business. Working in our online customer service team, you will handle online customer queries and complaints via multiple forms of communications.

To be successful you must:

• Be passionate about provide outstanding Customer Service to all Customers.


• Be a highly motivated person with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)


• Enjoy working in a team environment and assisting others.


• Ability to multitask and maintain focus in an often-high pressure environment.


• Have retail or contact centre experience preferred.
