Job summary

Silverstrand Developments – Mermaid Beach, QLD is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join our civil construction team on projects across the Southeast Queensland region. You will operate D6 Dozer, read plans, and work with minimal supervision.

The role requires a valid RII Dozer Ticket, White Card, and at least five years' proven experience; strong safety initiative and teamwork are essential. Competitive rates and varied regional work are on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years proven experience operating dozers on civil construction projects.
• Valid RII Dozer Ticket.
• Construction Induction White Card.
• Ability to read and understand plans.
• Strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozer on site.
• Work directly from plans.
• Maintain safety around high-risk machinery.
• General labouring and trade assistant work as required.
• Read and understand plans and ensure compliance with site safety & environmental requirements.

Silverstrand is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to become a key part in shaping the future of our business alongside an experienced team.

Mermaid Beach - Gold Coast

Operating D6 Dozer - Start 9th September!

This role is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Dozer Operations
• Ability to work directly from plans
• Working safely around high-risk machinery
• General labouring and trade assistant work as required
• Ability to read and understand plans
• Ensuring compliance with site safety & environmental requirements

Skills/Experience required:

• Dozer RII Ticket
• Construction Induction White Card
• Minimum 5 years proven experience operating dozers on civil construction projects
• Other machine tickets desirable - (HR, Skid steer, Roller, etc)
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
• Strong safety initiative
• Have excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and approachable demeanor
