Job summary

Workfast is seeking highly experienced Multi-skilled Operators for an ongoing bulk earthworks project based in Brendale, Brisbane. You will operate Dozers, Front End Loaders and Excavators on a busy civil site, performing bulk earthworks, stockpiling, and site prep to meet deadlines.

We offer 10 hour shifts with paid overtime, daily travel and meal allowances, and immediate start for a well-established team. Strong prerequisites include RII tickets and a White Card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in civil bulk earthworks.
• Current and valid RII Tickets for Dozer, Front End Loader, and Excavator (Mandatory).
• High level of proficiency operating Dozers, Loaders, and Excavators.
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Full civil PPE (long sleeve hi-vis, steel caps, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses).
• Ability to accurately complete daily pre-start checks and report defects.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Operating Dozers, Front End Loaders, and heavy Excavators on a busy civil construction site.
• Executing large-scale bulk earthworks, cut/fill operations, stockpiling, and site preparation.
• Following directions from Site Supervisors and Foremen.
• Working safely, efficiently, and precisely to meet project deadlines.
• Supporting general civil operations as required.
