Fulton Hogan Utilities in South East Queensland seeks an experienced Document Controller to manage EDMS/EDRMS, handle technical drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and designers on project documentation.

You will drive compliance with document control protocols, ISO9001 and related systems while leveraging Teambinder (InEight) or similar platforms. A strong eye for detail and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in Document Control in engineering or construction.
• Knowledge of document management processes and ISO9001 compliance.
• Understanding of electronic document management systems.
• Proficiency with Teambinder (InEight) or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication across verbal and written mediums.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Adopting Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 culture.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) for efficient information management.
• Receive and record technical documents including drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with internal teams, client, subcontractor document controllers and designers/drafters.
• Transmit project drawings and documents.
• Facilitate project handover documentation.
• Audit documents and drawings.
• Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties.
