Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Document Controller for the Water & Sewer Projects in South East Queensland. You will manage EDMS/EDRMS, records, and handover documentation, ensuring compliance and smooth project handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within engineering or construction.
• Understanding of document management processes and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS).
• Receive and record technical documents including drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with client, subcontractor document controllers and designers/drafters.
