Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking a skilled Document Controller to manage all project documentation for the HumeLink West scope from our Haymarket office in Sydney. You will implement and enforce document control procedures, maintain registers, and coordinate client feedback and responses.

The role requires 3+ years in document control, with experience in Ineight/Teambinder, SharePoint, and ProjectWise. Proficiency in Word/Excel and a collaborative approach across construction teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a document control role.
• Knowledge of document control procedures and MS Word/Excel.
• Experience with ProjectWise and related collaboration tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control identification, registration, distribution and retention of project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to approved document control procedures and protocols.
• Provide guidance on document control procedures to team members.
• Maintain document tracking registers and client comment workflows.
• Upload design documents to the client’s EDM (ProjectWise) system.
• Support monthly reporting activities.
