Job summary

CPC Engineering in Perth is seeking a detail-focused Document Controller to join the Project Services Team. You will manage and maintain document control systems across multiple projects, ensuring accurate, traceable, and timely distribution of design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a document control role, preferably in engineering design.
• Solid knowledge of QDMS is required.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and other document control systems.
• Understanding document control processes for minerals projects.
• Experience handling design information, vendor data, and shop detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple concurrent projects.
• Administering document workflows for design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentation.
• Ensuring documents are correctly formatted, numbered, revised, and distributed per project procedures.
• Liaising with engineering, project, and vendor teams to track document status and resolve discrepancies.
• Supporting audits and quality reviews of project documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with company and client document control standards.
