Job summary

Lycopodium is recruiting a Senior Document Controller to join our Perth-based team. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, you will coordinate the project’s document management system, ensure accurate uploading, logging, filing and distribution of documentation, and manage controlled documents to meet standards.

The role requires EPCM experience with vendor data processing, prior document control experience, and familiarity with QDMS, ProjectWise or Aconex.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPCM environment with vendor data processing / design engineering processing.
• Previous experience in document control (essential).
• Experience with QDMS, ProjectWise and Aconex is favourable.
• Familiar with managing vendor data.
• High attention to detail and problem solving skill.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and management of the project’s document management system.
• Ensure the accurate uploading, logging, filing & distribution of project related documentation.
• Receive, record and issue controlled project documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure controlled documents comply with Company, Client and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverable are met to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage and expedite supplier deliverables and documentation ensuring contractual requirements are adhered to.
• Work collaboratively within the project and document control team.
