Job summary

CoMade, a leading project-delivery partner for infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors, seeks a detail-oriented Document Controller to support major engineering and infrastructure projects.

You will oversee the flow of project information from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance across all records while liaising with project teams, clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in document control or records management.
• Experience in construction/engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency with document management systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee document control processes across project documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, organization, accessibility and compliance from inception to completion.
