Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller for a major Energy Transmission Project in Australia. The role focuses on maintaining the integrity, accuracy and accessibility of project documents, ensuring revisions are current and records meet quality standards.

The successful candidate will manage uploads, distributions and filings, conduct audits, and contribute to improving control procedures. Experience with TeamBinder, InEight or RIB CX is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Document Controller or Project Administrator in construction, engineering, infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Experience with document management systems such as TeamBinder, InEight or RIB CX is highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy and compliance.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across project teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to high standards of document control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the project's Document Control and Documentation Management Plan.
• Manage the upload, distribution, and filing of project documents, records, and correspondence.
• Conduct regular audits, monitoring, and quality checks of document control activities.
• Support development and continuous improvement of document control procedures and checks.
• Maintain TeamBinder as the primary platform for project communication and document management.
• Ensure all drawing and document revisions are updated, replicated, and distributed to stakeholders.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure timely processing and distribution.
