MMD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a major construction and infrastructure project in Sydney, NSW. The role requires 3–5 years in document control within construction or engineering sectors.

Based in Sydney, you will manage document control processes, EDMS usage and approvals while coordinating with project teams to meet strict deadlines on a high-profile program.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a Document Controller position or similar role.
• Must have previous document control experience within construction, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors on major projects is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage, maintain and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee document registers, revision control, approvals and distribution processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Track document submissions, reviews and approvals to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Ensure project records are accurately filed, organised and readily accessible.
• Support project teams with document reporting, audits and compliance requirements.
