Ideal candidates have 4+ years in document control or records management within construction or related sectors, and proficiency with document management systems and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or post-secondary training in Business Administration, Information Management, Library Sciences, or a related field.
• Min 4+ years of experience in document control or records management in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency with document management systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control processes from inception to completion.
• Maintain accuracy, accessibility and compliance of project records.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely information delivery.
