Job summary

Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd seeks a diligent Document Controller for the HumeLink East project in NSW. You will manage drawings, specifications, plans, procedures, correspondence and reports to ensure current, authorised versions are used by project teams.

You will ensure data and records are integrated in a timely, consistent manner and support the DCMS across the design and completions teams, enabling efficient on-site delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work with others with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong experience using RIB CX and InEight Document in projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and email.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise demands.
• Energetic with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support project team and key stakeholders in document management and document control systems to manage deliverables.
• Ensure latest revision drawings and procedures are available on site.
• Issue transmittal letters and receipts.
• Promote the Document Control Management System (DCMS) and provide feedback to the team.
• Assist with document retention, retrieval and filing.
• Assist the Completions Manager with the Completions process.
• Train staff in the DCMS with guidance from Senior Document Controller.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on DCMS queries.
