Job summary

A leading infrastructure firm in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a busy design team on a key project. This three-month contract may extend depending on workload. You will manage document control systems and ensure compliance while communicating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in document control within engineering or construction environments. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in document control within engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of document management systems.
• Confident managing workflows and deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project document control systems, registers, and filing.
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and submissions.
• Ensure documentation meets compliance standards.
