Job summary

Redpath Partners in Sydney seeks a hands-on Document Controller to support a major brownfield data centre expansion. You will own document control across a live construction environment, ensuring accurate, accessible information is distributed to stakeholders at the right time.

You'll work with project managers, engineers, design and contractor teams to maintain document registers, revision control and ensure the latest information is available to delivery teams across construction,

Qualifications

• Experience in document control, project administration or project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach.
• Experience managing large volumes of technical project documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of document management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day document control processes across the project.
• Receive, register, review, track and distribute project documentation.
• Maintain accurate document registers, revision control and document status.
• Coordinate flow of drawings, RFIs, submittals, transmittals and project correspondence.
• Ensure project team and contractors have access to latest approved information.
• Maintain structured electronic filing and document management systems.
• Track outstanding documentation and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely close-out.
• Support project reporting, registers and general project administration.
• Work with project managers, engineers, consultants and contractors to maintain information flow.
• Assist with document control across construction, commissioning and operational interfaces.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in project documentation and resolve issues.
