Seymour Whyte Constructions in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team and support major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate document control and timely distribution, registration, and version control of all project documents.

The role offers flexibility on location across Western Sydney, North Sydney, and other sites, with opportunities to contribute to RFI/NCR markups, inductions, and training.

Formación

• Knowledge of version control and document management principles.
• Experience using a document management system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control project documentation, including registration, version control and distribution.
• Manage incoming and outgoing project correspondence, including registration and filing.
• Support red line markup for RFI and NCR amended documents, particularly drawings.
• Act as the key contact for the document control system, providing support and training.
• Work with the Project Quality Manager and Project Manager to identify document management issues.
• Maintain document control requirements in line with procedures, legislation and project requirements.
