Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in document control or site records management, ideally within large scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Relevant qualification in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Experience with Aconex, SAP, Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUM, Pivot Tables, Charts
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective document control systems for site use
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure completeness
• Manage full lifecycle of project documents using the Aconex system
• Receive and process customer submittals generated from SAP
