Aufgaben

• Drive distributor revenue, profitability, market share and growth objectives through effective business management and execution.
• Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to HP's priorities, with clear performance measures and growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributor leadership, influencing priorities and driving mutual business success.
• Manage key distribution fundamentals, including inventory health, product availability, sell-through and forecasting.
• Analyse performance, market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and proactively address risks.
• Manage partner programs and commercial investments to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with HP Sales, Category, Finance and Operations teams to deliver aligned One HP outcomes.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions and planning to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
