Job summary

HP Australia is seeking a Distribution Business Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability through our distributor partners. You will lead commercial performance, develop joint business plans and ensure strong distributor relationships to deliver market share objectives.

You will collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Finance and Operations to optimise inventory health, forecasting and sell-through while providing actionable business insights to maximize ROI.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance: Drive distributor revenue, profitability, market share and growth objectives through effective business management and execution.
• Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to HP's priorities, with clear performance measures and growth opportunities.
• Partner Relationships: Build strong relationships with distributor leadership, influencing priorities and driving mutual business success.
• Operational Excellence: Manage key distribution fundamentals, including inventory health, product availability, sell-through and forecasting.
• Business Insights: Analyse performance, market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and proactively address risks.
• Commercial Investments: Manage partner programs and commercial investments to maximise effectiveness and return on investment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HP Sales, Category, Finance and Operations teams to deliver aligned One HP outcomes.
• Business Governance: Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions and planning to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
