Job summary

Hi-Tec Oil Traders in Sydney is seeking an organised, hands-on Dispatch Officer to join our warehouse team. You will coordinate deliveries, prepare orders, maintain records and support day-to-day warehouse administration to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires 2+ years in administration or warehouse roles, experience with CHEP pallet management, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administration, warehouse or despatch.
• Previous dispatch or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with CHEP pallet management highly regarded.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automotive, industrial or commercial lubrication industry highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with load planning.
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch.
• Ensure orders, labels and dispatch documentation are accurate.
• Manage CHEP pallets, including tracking, reconciliation and coordinating pallet returns.
• Complete data entry, invoicing and stock control activities.
• Support drivers with delivery queries and scheduling.
• Assist with vehicle and fleet administration.
• Provide support to warehouse, production and administration teams.
• Assist walk-in customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain WHS, quality and operational standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficient warehouse operations.
