Job summary

LifeHealthcare in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join the Macquarie Park team. You will process orders, monitor shipments, and support daily pick/pack/dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

A focus on accurate inventory control and FIFO distribution is essential. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warehousing, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical sectors, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently processing orders, shipments and dispatches.
• Assist in same-day pick, pack and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Co-ordinate, monitor and document all deliveries and collections per Quality System.
• Participate in stock takes and weekly cycle counts.
• House and distribute products in FIFO order.
