Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in a similar warehousing/dispatch role.
• Forklift operation experience and Australian driver’s license.
• Tertiary education in Warehousing, Production or Management preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive stock control abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of warehouse operators for accurate picking and packing.
• Coordinate customer, stock and manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure customer order fulfillment is prompt and accurate from Sales Order to invoicing.
• Liaise with internal Customer Service to ensure smooth supply.
• Control receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain stock records with monthly stocktakes.
• Assist manufacturing with consumables ordering and purchasing administration.
• Coordinate local and interstate transport.
• Work with Production Manager on daily operations.
