Your Recruitment Agency Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our busy warehouse operations in Zetland. You will oversee the dispatch team, ensure accurate picking/packing, and coordinate stock movements while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will manage casual staff, uphold warehouse standards, and drive continuous improvements in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role that is central to our supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or similar operations team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.
• Manage dispatch team and workflow.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate dispatches, deliveries and couriers.
• Maintain stock organisation and replenishment.
• Supervise casual staff and coordinate their work.
• Move stock between main and off‑site storage.
• Keep warehouse clean and efficient; support Operations Manager.
• Identify process improvements and solve issues as they arise.
