Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team on the Northern Beaches. You will help with daily dispatch, picking, packing and sorting, ensuring orders are accurate and shipped on time.

You will use Microsoft Excel for basic inventory tracking, stay organised in a busy environment, and collaborate with team members to meet daily dispatch deadlines. A current Australian driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or dispatch environment preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in basic data entry and using Excel for inventory tracking.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently as part of a team.
• Valid Australian driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily dispatch, picking, packing and sorting orders.
• Communicate with clients when required.
• Process shipments via internal websites and portals.
• Maintain inventory through Excel-based tracking.
• Keep a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.
