Job summary

CSR Archerfield is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. You will coordinate dispatch activities, safely operate forklifts, and ensure accurate order picking and loading for timely customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) is required.
• Previous warehouse, dispatch or transport experience.
• Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of safe loading/unloading practices.
• Experience using WMS and MS Office is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and transport providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management and cycle counts.
• Champion a safe, compliant warehouse environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The Opportunity

Join CSR's Archerfield team and play a key role in ensuring products are safely dispatched, delivered on time and customers receive exceptional service. As a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating dispatch activities and operating forklifts to safely load and unload products. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on‑time customer deliveries.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers and transport providers to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management and cycle counts.
• Champion a safe, compliant and well‑organised warehouse environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

About You

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Previous experience within a warehouse, dispatch or transport environment
• Experience operating forklifts in a fast‑paced warehouse setting
• Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong work ethic
