Job summary

CSR Limited operates a Somersby site and seeks a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse activities. You will coordinate dispatch, load and unload goods with forklifts, and ensure accurate pick/pack/dispatch while maintaining strong safety practices.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid LF forklift licence, have warehouse experience, and demonstrate attention to detail, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. NSW location, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF) required.
• Experience in warehouse, dispatch or transport.
• Experience operating forklifts in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Proactive hands-on approach with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and transport providers to deliver service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and cycle counts.
• Promote a safe, compliant, well-organised warehouse.

The Opportunity:

Join CSR's Somersby team and play a key role in ensuring products are safely dispatched, delivered on time and customers receive exceptional service.

As a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating dispatch activities and operating forklifts to safely load and unload products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers and transport providers to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management and cycle counts.
• Champion a safe, compliant and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

About You

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Previous experience within a warehouse, dispatch or transport environment
• Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
