Job summary

CSR Springboard in Somersby is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations, coordinate dispatch, and safely load and unload products with a forklift.

You'll work with internal teams, customers and transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries, maintain stock accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Previous experience in a warehouse/dispatch/transport environment
• Experience operating forklifts in fast-paced warehouse settings
• Strong knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
• Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers and transport providers to deliver excellent service.

The Opportunity:

Join CSR's Somersby team and play a key role in ensuring products are safely dispatched, delivered on time and customers receive exceptional service.

As a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating dispatch activities and operating forklifts to safely load and unload products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety and teamwork.

About You
