Job summary

CSR Springboard in Archerfield, Queensland, is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. You will coordinate dispatch activities and operate forklifts to safely load and unload products, delivering accurate orders and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift Licence (LF).
• Warehouse/dispatch or transport experience.
• Experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.
• Experience using WMS and MS Office is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload and move products throughout the warehouse.

As a Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, coordinating dispatch activities and operating forklifts to safely load and unload products. About You

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
