Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to join our team in Ayr and surrounding suburbs. If you are passionate about helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll support people to live independently and do the things that matter to them, with shifts across mornings and other times. Training is provided and you’ll be part of a supportive, person-centred team.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check required (we can help you obtain).
• Driver's licence and/or reliable transport required.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support independence and community participation.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assist with mobility (including hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Ayr and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
