Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Redcliffe is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to help people with disability live independently and participate in daily activities.

You will assist with meals, personal care, community activities, appointments, and mobility support, with training provided and a focus on person-centred care.

Shifts vary across early mornings and other times; paid training, ongoing development, and salary packaging may be available to support your role.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver's licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

We're looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Redcliffe and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you've done this before or you're new and passionate about helping others - we'd love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same - you'll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
