CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is looking for casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers to join our Toowoomba team. You’ll help people live independently and participate in daily activities, with shifts across mornings and varied rosters.

We value compassionate service, listening, and clear communication. You may assist with meals, mobility, appointments, and community participation, with training and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and strong customer service.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you obtain).
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsabilités

• You will support people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Assist with getting out into the community and attending appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support and mobility assistance as required.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
