CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Townsville is seeking casual and part-time Support Workers to help people live independently and participate in everyday activities. You may assist with meals, cleaning, mobility, appointments, and community outings.

Training is provided; no experience needed to get started. Applicants should have First Aid/CPR and Blue Card, with NDIS Worker Screening as a plus. Flexible shifts available.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Townsville and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.
While not required, people who know sign language are encouraged to apply.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.

• Shifts between: 7:00am-9:30am, 2:30pm- 4:30pm and 8:30pm-10:30pm

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
• Open Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport to transport clients
