Job summary

CPL Corporation is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Cairns and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently, with duties including meals, daily tasks, community access, appointments, medication support, and mobility assistance. Great team environment and flexible roster.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Help people to get out into the community and attend appointments or activities.
• Provide medication support and assist with mobility where needed.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Cairns and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
