Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is hiring casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to help people in Hervey Bay live independently. You’ll join a friendly, person-centred team across flexible shifts that suit your availability.

Qualifications

• Nice to have a genuine passion for helping others and serving the community.

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check to support client safety.
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport to access client sites.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support to get out into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Hervey Bay and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
