Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Caboolture and surrounding areas. You’ll help people live independently, with a focus on great customer service and personal wellbeing.

No two days are the same: assist with meals, daily tasks, mobility, appointments, and community activities, while providing medication support and safety through First Aid/CPR when required. We welcome caring applicants ready to make a difference.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• Commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
• Great listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Help people live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support someone to get out into the community and attend appointments or social activities.
• Provide medication support where required and assist with mobility.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Caboolture and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
